Brooke Carter is a Canadian competitive swimmer. She has represented Canada at multiple international competitions, including the World Aquatics Championships and the FINA World Junior Swimming Championships. Carter has won several national and international medals, including a gold medal at the 2018 FINA World Junior Swimming Championships in the 4x100m freestyle relay. She is a member of the Canada national swim team and is known for her speed and agility in the water.
